Integral development, deployment and support of a federated data spaces management technology platform

Summary

The tender concerns the development, deployment and ongoing support of a federated data spaces management technology platform for the Ermua municipality. The supplier will perform analysis, design, implementation, configuration, deployment and knowledge transfer. The solution will be based on open-source technologies and European standards, with emphasis on data sovereignty, interoperability and data reuse. The architecture should be modular and scalable, enabling secure data sharing and interoperability among participants, without vendor lock-in. The solution will include both a Data Management Platform and a Data Space Node, with training and handover to municipal staff.
