IDA Single-Supplier Framework for Building Surveyor Services for Insurance Reinstatement Valuations of IDA Buildings, 2026–2030

IDA Ireland intends to establish a single-supplier framework for building surveyor services to assess the insurance reinstatement values of all IDA-owned buildings in Ireland. The services will include both on-site and desk-based valuations over a four-year contract period, in line with international best practice and applicable statutory requirements. The estimated contract value is EUR 350,000 and the submission deadline is 18 September 2026.
