Domain renewal and management service

Summary

The tender concerns domain renewal and management services for Agencia EFE for three years. The service covers renewal of 36 existing domains, cancellation of 119 domains, registration of new domains, domain transfers and other domain-management operations. The bidder must provide an administration console with at least two users, complete migration within 72 hours, and process new-domain registrations and cancellations within 24 hours. There are no lots and subcontracting is not permitted. The estimated contract value is EUR 8,633.27 excluding VAT and the duration is three years. Evaluation is worth up to 100 points: fixed service cost carries 70 points, variable cost 10 points and additional services 20 points. The bidder must be a domain registrar listed by Red.es, meet the turnover, net-asset and experience requirements, and be registered in the official bidder register.
