Rental and installation of marquees for the San Froilán 2026 festival areas

Summary

The tender covers the rental, delivery, installation, maintenance and dismantling of marquees for concerts and other artistic events during the San Froilán 2026 celebrations in Lugo. The contract is divided into three lots: the courtyard of the municipal Seminario Menor building, Santa María Square, and Santo Domingo Square or Soidade Square. Bidders may apply for one, several or all lots, and variants are not permitted. The effective event period is 4–12 October 2026. Price is the only award criterion, with a maximum of 100 points; offers above the applicable lot ceiling are rejected. The selected contractor must provide the required tents, transport, machinery, labour, technical supervision, maintenance, safety certification and dismantling. The structures must comply with fire, evacuation, accessibility, environmental and other applicable safety rules, and must be secured using counterweights without damaging public property. The bidder must also maintain the required insurance and provide the specified technical and compliance documents before award and before the installations are put into service.
