Temporary III security support service for state security forces in the EES border registration process

Summary

The tender concerns a temporary security support service at the EES border-registration points in Málaga–Costa del Sol Airport. The service will run for three months, with up to three possible one-month extensions, or until the new centralised procurement contract enters into force. The estimated contract value is EUR 300,000 excluding taxes and EUR 363,000 including taxes. The bidder must organise the service at the airport kiosks and provide sufficient, trained personnel, uniforms, complaint and incident management, and regular reporting. Personnel must be specialised in the hardware and software of the EES system, and the bidder must provide a manufacturer certificate or undertake to arrange manufacturer training. The bid must be submitted electronically through AENA's eLicita platform. The technical bid must achieve at least 60 out of 100 points; price is assessed as part of the economic evaluation after the technical minimum threshold has been met.
