Service for operating the environmental education centres in Umbralejo and Granadilla 2026–2027

Summary

The tender covers operation of the environmental education centres in Umbralejo and Granadilla, divided into two lots. The work includes daily maintenance of agroecological resources, animals, gardens and facilities, delivery of environmental education programmes and workshops, preparation of educational materials, coordination, reporting and communication activities. The Granadilla lot includes 3,484 annual maintenance hours, 1,742 educational activity hours and 1,742 planning and coordination hours; the Umbralejo lot includes 2,278, 1,742 and 1,742 hours respectively. The contract runs for 12 months from 4 November 2026 or, if later, from contract signature, with a possible extension of up to 12 months. The estimated value is EUR 363,474.74 including VAT; the estimated value is EUR 197,027.42 for Granadilla and EUR 166,447.32 for Umbralejo. The submission deadline is 16 October 2026. Price carries up to 80 points and other criteria up to 20 points, including response time and staff training.
