Provision of teaching services for courses and specializations in aviation at the State Academy of Applied Sciences in Chełm in the 2026/2027 academic year – second edition

Summary

The tender concerns the delivery of aviation-related teaching at the State Academy of Applied Sciences in Chełm during the 2026/2027 academic year. It is divided into 9 lots, and bidders may submit tenders for all lots. The lots cover, among other subjects, operational procedures, air traffic management, the transport of dangerous materials, flight plan preparation, MCC, the M15 engine and other aviation subjects, with 30–90 hours of lectures or laboratory teaching per lot. The contract period runs until 30 September 2027. For each lot, the evaluation criteria are price at 40%, the designated person’s teaching experience at 25% and professional experience at 35%. The tender and required documents must be submitted electronically and signed with a qualified electronic signature, a trusted signature or a personal signature. Documents must be prepared in Polish.
