Organisation of implementation workshops and training on employees’ psychophysical fitness and resilience within the Workplace Transformation project at Gdynia City Hall
Summary
The tender concerns the organisation and delivery of closed workshops and training for approximately 1,200 employees of Gdynia City Hall in Gdynia, both in person and online. The objectives are to support long-term employability, prevent stress and occupational burnout, improve cooperation in diverse and intergenerational teams, and prevent discrimination, harassment, and mobbing. The procurement is divided into two lots, and bids may be submitted for both: - Lot I: implementation workshops concerning strategic documents and policies; an expected 95 training days and 696 training hours, with a guaranteed minimum of 67 days. - Lot II: workshops and training on employees’ psychophysical fitness and resilience; an expected 106 training days and 632 training hours, with a guaranteed minimum of 75 days. The bidder must provide at least 3 qualified trainers for each lot, a coordinator, a current Development Services Database registration allowing services co-financed by European funds, training materials, participant certificates, and an online training solution for at least 30 participants. The sessions must be practical: active working methods must account for at least two thirds of the time and theory for no more than one third. Evaluation is based on price at 60% and additional trainer experience at 40%. The tender deadline is 16 September 2026 at 10:00. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish, and a PLN 3,500 bid guarantee is required for each lot.
