Off-site preventive, educational and recreational workshops for families with children and their wider community

Summary

The tender concerns the organisation of a three-day, two-night off-site programme of preventive, educational and recreational workshops for families with children and their wider community. It is intended for 60 project participants—16 adults and 44 minors—and two contracting-authority employees, 62 people in total. The service includes accommodation, catering, transport, workshops, leisure activities, insurance, medical assistance and final documentation. The trip must take place over a weekend between 2 and 25 October 2026. The accommodation must be in the Lubusz, Lower Silesian or Greater Poland Voivodeship, no more than 120 km by road from Zielona Góra, and in a hotel or centre rated at least three stars. The bidder must provide, among other things, a relaxation-techniques workshop for adults, animation and sports activities for children, and a creative workshop for families. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the replacement-bus deployment time for 40%. The submission deadline is 16 September 2026 at 10:00.
