Dynamization of the COE-Madrid Soft Skills Center 2027

Summary

This tender concerns the provision of a service to dynamize the COE-Madrid Soft Skills Center for 2027. The contractor must design, schedule, organize and evaluate an activities program at COE Moratalaz and COE Getafe, focused on developing soft skills and employability, using digital tools and immersive technologies (VR/AR/AI). The contractor will supply the necessary human and material resources, provide technical and management support to the Directorate General of the Public Employment Service (DGSPE), and promote the COE-Madrid brand. It also includes promotion activities, participant inscription management, monitoring, reporting, and data collection; and will cover activities across COE Moratalaz (Oriéntate, Croma, Innovar RV, Coworking, ImpulsaT) and COE Getafe (Cabinas with Totems and Multifunction space). Deliverables include planning documents, progress and final reports, participant data, and all materials and software provided for the activities.
