Design and layout of the monthly municipal agenda

Summary

The contract covers the design and layout of Cassà de la Selva’s monthly municipal activities agenda, using the municipality’s supplied materials and existing visual identity. The work includes laying out the 120 × 120 mm agenda (16–32 pages), designing a themed cover for each issue, and placing up to two advertisements or advertising pages per issue. For each issue, the contractor must deliver a packaged editable working file with linked images and licensing information, a print-ready PDF, a web-optimised PDF and an editable cover file. Printing, distribution, general copywriting and comprehensive language proofreading are excluded. The first proof is due within 48 hours of receiving the materials. The complete monthly work, including revisions and final files, must be finished within five working days. Up to five ordinary correction rounds are included per issue. The initial contract term is two years, with a possible two-year extension; 22 agenda issues are planned during the initial term. The estimated value is €8,250 excluding VAT (€9,982.50 including VAT). Price accounts for 51 points and quality criteria for 49 points; bidders must score at least 24.5 points on quality to remain in the procedure. Bids must include a practical design exercise and a portfolio containing no more than two pieces of work. Bids are submitted electronically within 15 calendar days from the day after publication of the contract notice.
