Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Digital DMR Radio Communications Infrastructure and Terminals

The City of Ciudad Real is procuring digital DMR radio communications infrastructure and terminals for its local police, including supply, installation, configuration, commissioning and maintenance. The anticipated supply includes one DMR repeater, 15 vehicle radios, one base radio with two operator displays for the 092 control room, 10 handheld radios with large displays and 90 with small displays, 10 PoC 4G terminals, and 120 speaker microphones and belt clips, together with the necessary antennas, installation kits and accessories. The solution must be fully compatible with the existing DMR network and dispatch system and provide coverage across the municipality of Ciudad Real. The work also includes design, required permits, installation and configuration, coverage and performance testing, documentation, and training for users and administrators. The delivery and installation period is up to two months from contract signature. The technical specification requires at least a two-year warranty and maintenance; preventive maintenance includes two visits per year, while faults must be answered within 48 hours and critical communication outages must receive an immediate response. Participation requires evidence of the specified turnover, previous experience supplying and installing DMR systems, and telecommunications installer registration in categories D, E and F. A project manager and technical staff with at least two years of relevant experience are also required, and at least two technicians must have TELCO training for work at height.
