Purchase of tools and equipment for creating and maintaining civil protection resources and infrastructure necessary to carry out civil protection and civil defense tasks (investment projects)

Summary

The contract concerns two-part purchase: 3 hydraulic rescue tool sets and 4 sludge pumps for civil protection resources and infrastructure. All items must be factory-new and defect-free, meet applicable technical requirements, and be accompanied by CNBOP certificates (CNBOP-PIB as applicable) with Polish-language user manuals. The supplier must provide training for at least one person and warranties as specified in the technical appendices 3a/3b. Financing is provided by the state budget under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense program for 2025–2026.
