Operation, conservation and maintenance services for the facilities and installations of the Guadiela Association water supply system

Summary

The tender concerns the operation, maintenance and upkeep of the water supply system serving 11 municipalities of the Guadiela Association. The service covers approximately 90 kilometres of water supply network, the water intake, water treatment plant, pumping stations, reservoirs, and high- and low-level distribution networks. The contract runs for two years and may be extended by a further two years; it is not divided into lots. The estimated value is EUR 292,589.17 per year and up to EUR 1,170,356.68 over four years, excluding VAT. Tenders will be evaluated using price worth 60 points and technical quality worth 40 points. Bidders must demonstrate annual turnover of at least EUR 300,000 and experience with comparable services, submit an electronic tender with administrative, financial and technical documents, and take account of the 5% final guarantee and the required insurance.
