Fuel supply for the vehicles of the Consorcio de Servicios de La Palma

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of all publicly available vehicle fuels, including diesel and petrol, for the light vehicles, heavy vehicles and machinery of the Consorcio de Servicios de La Palma. Fuel will be supplied at the contractor’s petrol stations as required. The initial contract term is two years, with two possible one-year extensions. The estimated contract value is EUR 1,869,495.80 excluding IGIC. At least one petrol station must be available in the eastern area and one in the western area of La Palma. The bid must include a discount per litre, stated to three decimal places, and the number of participating stations. Price discount is worth up to 70 points and the number of stations up to 30 points. The contractor must also provide vehicle-specific fuel cards, quality-compliant fuel, detailed receipts, monthly invoices and electronic consumption reports. Bids must be submitted electronically by 2 October 2026.
