Supply of a 100% electric nine-seat vehicle for the vehicle fleet unit of the Provincial Council of Jaén

Delivery, transport, taxes, registration and related costs must be included in the price. Payment is made in a single instalment after delivery and acceptance. Offers are submitted in one package or electronic file with the responsible declaration and the offer. Evaluation is based on vehicle price (70 points), delivery time (20 points) and an extended warranty (10 points). The mandatory warranty is at least three years, while a shorter delivery time and a longer warranty may improve the score. The tenderer must also submit a basic technical memorandum containing the vehicle description, manufacturer or brand, model, technical characteristics, images, photographs and catalogues. Within 15 days after contract signing, the contractor must submit a plan of measures supporting work-life balance for personnel assigned to the contract.
