Natural gas supply for the facilities of the Provincial Government of Burgos

Summary

The tender concerns a single-lot, one-year supply of natural gas to seven facilities of the Provincial Government of Burgos, including the Provincial Palace, warehouses, the San Agustin facilities and assisted residences. The gas is needed for heating, hot water, kitchen and laundry operations. The estimated contract value is EUR 170,726.84 excluding VAT and the maximum budget is EUR 206,579.48 including 21% VAT. The contract includes representation before the distributor, management of new, modified and cancelled supply points, meter-related arrangements, continuous supply, technical support and 24/7 incident handling. The supplier must compensate 100% of the CO2 emissions from the gas consumed, calculated using 0.202 kg CO2 per kWh, and provide annual emission-reduction certificates or equivalent evidence. Price is the only award criterion. Offers must be submitted electronically, with one variable unit price for each access tariff: RLTB.5, RL.4 and RL.3.
