Framework agreement for food supplies to the medical vessel fleet

Summary

The Instituto Social de la Marina is establishing a single-supplier framework agreement for the supply of foodstuffs to the medical vessel fleet B/SSAM Esperanza del Mar and B/SSAM Juan de la Cosa. The initial term is 12 months, starting on 1 April 2027 or on the date of signature if later, with a possible extension of up to 12 additional months. The estimated initial value is EUR 685,000, and the estimated maximum value including the extension and permitted contract-based modifications is EUR 1,644,000. The supplier must provide a broad range of food products at unit prices, including contingency supplies in foreign ports. Deliveries must be made on board, including unloading, transfer and stowage, with appropriate food safety, labelling, traceability, cold-chain, shelf-life and delivery documentation. Quantities are estimates only and do not create a minimum consumption commitment. The award is based on several criteria: price up to 85 points, product quality and suitability up to 10 points, and additional human resources up to 5 points. Offers must be submitted electronically, covering all mandatory products and fields in the ordinary and foreign-port contingency price schedules. A single offer is allowed and variants are not permitted.
