Supply of signage for protected natural areas in Catalonia

Summary

The tender covers the design, manufacture and delivery of signage for protected natural areas in Catalonia. It is divided into four territorial lots: Lleida, Girona, Tarragona, and Barcelona with Central Catalonia. The estimated value is EUR 1,890,135.79 excluding VAT, with lot budgets of EUR 499,756.87, EUR 491,567.49, EUR 282,297.88 and EUR 616,513.55 respectively. The contract uses unit prices and runs for eight months from signature, at the latest until 31 December 2027. The supplier must lay out the authority-provided content, manufacture the specified signs and deliver them to the designated protected-area locations in accordance with the technical signage manual. Other automatic criteria account for up to 40 points: up to 10 points for reducing the delivery period by up to five full weeks and up to 30 points for extending the technical warranty. No provisional bid guarantee is required. The successful supplier must provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of the lot's maximum VAT-exclusive base budget.
