Summary

The tender concerns the supply of informational, printed, promotional and branded materials in four lots: informational and printed materials, promotional materials, large-format informational materials, and large-format magnets. The scope includes brochures, leaflets, stickers, bookmarks, calendars, stationery, drinkware, bags, reflectors, banners, puzzles and vehicle magnetic stickers, with specified quantities, materials, dimensions, printing methods and designs. The supplier must coordinate the visual appearance with the contracting authority before production, accept orders in batches and deliver them by the specified deadlines. The tender deadline is 15 September 2026. Deliveries are generally due by 30 November 2026 and/or 30 September 2027; for certain 2027 items, orders will be placed in March 2027.
