Renewal of Connectivity Services for ENAIRE Communication Centres

Summary

The tender concerns the renewal of connectivity services for ENAIRE communication centres. The contractor will provide point-to-point fibre-based connections between ENAIRE communication centres and administrative sites in Madrid, as well as connectivity to Microsoft Azure and other data-centre environments, including the extension of ENAIRE’s private VPN over IP/MPLS technology. The contract term is three years and the estimated maximum value is EUR 943,919.26 including 21% VAT. Technical criteria account for 40% of the evaluation and economic criteria for 60%. A bid guarantee of EUR 23,402.96 is required. The amended submission deadline is 23:59 on 8 October 2026. The amended economic offer spreadsheet must be used: the third-year connection capacity is 1 Gb rather than 1 Mb, and its price may differ from the second-year price.
