Emotional support for Tarragonès social services teams

Summary

The contract covers emotional support and team facilitation for professionals in the basic social services of the Tarragonès area. An external professional will lead safe, confidential and non-evaluative workshops where staff can discuss the emotional impact of their work, challenging situations and teamwork, and strengthen their self-care. The service comprises 10 in-person sessions of 2.5 hours each year, 20 sessions in total over two years, at the council’s premises. The initial two-year contract may be extended by two one-year periods. The two-year budget is €8,200 excluding VAT and €9,922 including VAT; each session is priced at €410 excluding VAT. Tenders are assessed on price (30 points), relevant additional staff qualifications (up to 35 points) and professional experience (up to 35 points). Tenderers must provide a suitably qualified professional and submit an electronic tender with the required declaration and evidence for the award criteria.
