Dynamic Purchasing System for the Purchase of Vehicles and Machinery

Societat Anònima de Gestió Sagunt Mitjà Propi Municipal SA (SAG) is establishing a dynamic purchasing system for the purchase of vehicles and machinery. Indicative needs include motor vehicles, hydraulic platform lifts, crane trucks and dump trucks, platform trucks and tankers, refuse collection and compactor vehicles, hook-lift vehicles, trailers and mobile containers, and pressure-washing equipment. Other vehicles or machinery needed for SAG’s activities may also be requested. The estimated value is €5,000,000 and the system will run for up to five years or until the maximum value is reached, whichever occurs first. Suppliers first apply for admission to the system and demonstrate the required turnover and experience. Admitted suppliers will be invited to submit bids for individual purchases; technical specifications will be set separately for each purchase. Price may account for 0–100% of the score, while technical quality factors may account for up to 50%. These may include delivery time, CO2 emissions, energy consumption, vehicle age and after-sales service. An environmental condition for contract performance is the availability of an environmentally friendly fleet.
