Services and supplies for public events and cultural activities

Summary

The Los Realejos City Council is establishing a dynamic purchasing system for services and supplies needed for its public events, shows and cultural activities. It covers 12 categories: event organisation; recreational, cultural and sports services; portable toilets; event furniture; event medical services; image and sound equipment; lighting and generators; stages; travel agency services; accommodation; sports and cultural materials; and books and printed materials. The estimated total value is €5.7 million excluding the Canary Islands indirect tax, over an initial one-year term, renewable up to four years, with a possible exceptional nine-month extension.
