Occupational Risk Prevention Services for TITSA

Summary

TITSA is establishing a dynamic purchasing system to commission occupational risk prevention services as needs arise. The services are divided into six categories: industrial hygiene; ergonomics and applied psychosociology; occupational safety; health promotion; mediation and conflict management; and other services related to occupational risk prevention. The estimated total value is EUR 2,025,000, excluding indirect tax. Estimated category values are EUR 525,000, EUR 625,000, EUR 150,000, EUR 575,000, EUR 75,000 and EUR 75,000, respectively. Admission to the system does not guarantee a contract. For each specific service, admitted companies in the relevant category will be invited to submit an offer; the technical requirements, budget ceiling, deadline and award criteria will be stated in that invitation. Price may be assessed alongside other award criteria. The system has an initial term of two years, with up to three one-year extensions, for a maximum total term of five years. Applications may be submitted during the initial 30-calendar-day period and throughout the system’s term thereafter. To participate, a company must have at least three years’ experience providing similar services and annual turnover of at least EUR 15,000 in at least one of the previous three years for each category sought; the minimum amounts are added together when applying for multiple categories. For categories 1–3, accreditation as an external occupational risk prevention service, valid throughout Spain, is required. Applicants must submit the required qualification and compliance documents and undertake to provide the staff and material resources needed to perform the contracts.
