Implementation of a Dynamic Purchasing System for Santa Pola Services
Summary
Santa Pola City Council is establishing a dynamic purchasing system for four years, with a total estimated value of €1,500,000 excluding VAT. It will be used to commission technical and design services as needed in 12 categories: building project design; construction management and supervision of works; civil-engineering projects, including roads and maritime works; energy, water and telecommunications infrastructure projects; parks, gardens, forestry and agricultural projects; construction health and safety coordination; cost-estimate reports; technical specifications and preparatory documents for service, works and supply contracts; inspections and reports for event installations; and archaeological inspection work. The technical scope, deadline and award criteria for each specific contract will be set out in a separate invitation. Price will be assessed, together with any other criteria specified; it must carry greater weight than the other criteria. To join the system, companies must apply electronically for the relevant categories and demonstrate category-specific turnover and comparable previous experience. They must also provide evidence of professional capacity and registration, as well as compliance with tax and social-security obligations. Only companies admitted to the relevant category may submit offers for a specific contract; the offer period will be at least 10 calendar days.
