Continuation of city-centre management in Remscheid

Summary

The City of Remscheid is procuring continued city-centre management services to support the renewal of Alleestraße and the wider city centre. The work covers on-site information and assistance, public communications and stakeholder participation, coordination of local initiatives and networks, support for bringing vacant commercial premises into use, and overall coordination of city-centre development. Services will be delivered from the city-centre office at Alleestraße 49. The initial term runs through 31 December 2028, with an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract from 1 January 2029 to 31 December 2030. The remuneration ceiling for the initial term is EUR 343,000 gross.
