Audit and verification of heritage maintenance of Île-de-France Mobilités’ bus and coach rolling stock

Summary

Île-de-France Mobilités is procuring independent audits of the heritage maintenance of its bus and coach fleet under a single-operator framework agreement divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers annual audits of approximately half of the 49 public-service delegations, including maintenance organisation, processes, resources and representative vehicle samples, for a fixed price. Lot 2 covers on-demand, purchase-order-based inspections of approximately 500 buses and coaches annually, with unit prices, no minimum amount and a maximum of €500,000 excluding VAT per 24-month period; the same maximum applies to the renewal period. No variants are allowed, and the tenderer must provide a stable, qualified and independent audit team, technical and financial offers, and the required audit methodologies, schedules, control grids and report templates. Award criteria are technical quality (45%), human resources (10%), price (40%) and environmental performance (5%).
