The contract covers the renovation and conversion of the old school in Oberroßla into a village community centre, under Lot 09 for plumbing, heating and ventilation installations. The works include water and wastewater pipework and sanitary fixtures; a hybrid heating system with a 60 kW gas condensing boiler and a 19 kW air-to-water heat pump; and a ventilation system rated at 660 m³/h, with 60 m of ductwork and 10 air outlets.
