Provision of video and audio interpreting services

Summary

The Free State of Thuringia is procuring on-demand video, audio and telephone interpreting services to support communication with people who have limited German-language skills. The service includes a digital platform and qualified interpreters for eligible public, health, social, education and justice-sector institutions throughout Thuringia; there are no separate specialist lots. The initial contract is planned for 12 months from 1 January 2027, with two optional one-year extensions. The guaranteed minimum volume is 60,000 interpreting minutes per month (720,000 over 12 months), with provision for additional minutes and an optional increase in monthly capacity.
