Road and parking area cleaning and winter maintenance 2027

Summary

GSI Helmholtz Centre for Heavy Ion Research in Darmstadt is procuring road, parking-area and car-park cleaning, together with winter maintenance at its sites. The work includes leaf collection and disposal, sweeping paved and asphalt areas, cleaning road and yard drains, and clearing and treating roads, paths, entrances, stairs and ramps. The specification covers, among other areas, about 37,000 m² of paved traffic surfaces, a further 2,000 m² of yard and footpath surfaces, and 650 m² of parking areas; some car-park and FAIR-site services are optional. The contract starts on 1 January 2027, has an initial term of two years and may be extended twice by one year, for a maximum total term of four years.
