IT Framework Agreement

Summary

Medizinische Universität Lausitz – Carl Thiem is procuring framework agreements for standard IT hardware in Lot 1 and telephones in Lot 3. Lot 1 covers entry-level and mobile business notebooks, tower PCs, mini PCs, USB-C monitors and conference monitors, with a maximum of 20,000 devices over the contract term. Lot 3 covers IP phones and two smartphone categories, with a maximum of 1,120 devices. The agreements have an initial term of 24 months and may be extended twice by 12 months, for a maximum total term of 48 months; there is no guaranteed minimum purchase.
