Summary

The Max Planck Society is procuring, as needed, products and services to expand and operate its VoIP telephony and video-conferencing systems under a four-lot framework agreement. The lots cover Cisco telephony and video-conferencing devices, accessories and maintenance; Ascom DECT equipment, accessories and maintenance; software and licences for the telephony and video systems; and video-conferencing monitors, projectors, accessories and related services. The monitor and projector lot covers team, meeting-room and conference-room equipment.
