Delivery of network equipment and delivery and installation of equipment for the activation of induction loop systems

Summary

The tender concerns the delivery of network equipment and equipment required to activate induction loop systems in the renovated Centre for Modern Senior, including installation, connection to existing cabling and audio sources, configuration, calibration, measurements, space labeling and user training. The procurement consists of two parts: Part 1 – delivery and installation of network equipment and accessories (including aggregation switches, access switches of type 1 and type 2, optical inserts, DAC cables and UPS units) and a security system; Part 2 – additional equipment: 3 loop amplifiers, 1 wireless microphone system, 3 loop receivers, 3 loop signs and necessary cables and mounting accessories, plus installation, configuration, measurements, documentation and training. The work is to be completed within 30 days with a warranty/maintenance framework as described in clause 10 of the contract.
