Multi-project management consultancy services

Summary

The tender concerns framework agreements with up to four economic operators for consultancy services in multi-project management. The contractors will advise specialist departments on the development and planning of IT and project management topics, taking into account the current situation and the organisation’s strategy. The scope of each assignment will be agreed separately. Before each individual order, the contracting authority will hold a mini-competition among the framework agreement partners. The mini-competition award criteria are 40% technical qualification and 60% price. The deadline for submissions is 12 October 2026.
