Technical operation of the Pergamon Museum

Summary

The Stiftung Preußischer Kulturbesitz is procuring technical facility management for Section A of the Pergamon Museum in Berlin, for the period 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030. The services cover operational management and monitoring of the building’s technical systems, inspections and functional checks, first-level fault support, coordination of the installation and maintenance contractors, energy monitoring, fire-safety officer duties, documentation, and start-up and handover activities. Maintenance, repair and cleaning are generally outside the scope: maintenance and repairs are performed by the appointed specialist contractors, while cleaning is arranged separately.
