Tenerife Auditorium venue hire and complementary services for the CICAN 2026 congress

Summary

SODECAN is procuring the temporary use of the Chamber Hall and Sala Avenida at the Tenerife Auditorium, together with event support for the III Canary Islands Industry Congress (CICAN 2026). The contract covers setup on 2 November 2026 and the event on 3–4 November, including audiovisual and streaming equipment, technical and public-facing staff, sign-language integration equipment, four catering services for 300 people each, and security. The maximum budget is €52,655.88 including tax; the contract is not divided into lots.
