Notebooks for field audit work

Summary

The tender covers the supply of 550 notebooks for audit staff at the tax offices and finance authority of the Free State of Thuringia. In addition to the devices, bidders must allow for the configuration, installation and commissioning work, as well as other work related to the equipment and accessories specified in the tender documents. The notebooks must meet the mandatory technical requirements. Among other things, the processor must achieve Notebookcheck-listed median scores of at least 300 points in the Cinebench R15 single-core test and 116 points in the Cinebench R24 30-minute single-core test. A deviation of up to 3% from these figures is permitted during testing. At least one offered notebook, together with a mouse and backpack, must be provided free of charge for testing within five calendar days of a request. Delivery is due by 30 November 2026; delivery after that date, but no later than 14 December 2026, carries a 2% discount. The offer must be submitted electronically by 13:00 on 14 October 2026. Offers are evaluated by total price, and the most economically advantageous compliant offer will be selected.
