Framework Agreement for Strategic Advisory Services in the Pharmaceutical and Health Sectors in International Development Cooperation

Summary

The Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) is procuring a single-lot framework agreement for strategic advisory services in the pharmaceutical and health sectors as part of international development cooperation, with a regional focus on Sub-Saharan Africa and Nepal. From 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, the services may include policy and quality-infrastructure advice, project documentation and monitoring, support for partner organisations and regulators, capacity-building, and the preparation and facilitation of events. The framework covers up to 412 expert days; assignments will be specified through project-specific call-off contracts, and not all services are guaranteed to be called off.
