Supply of PC Workstations and Monitors

Summary

The tender covers the supply of IT hardware in two lots: 29 high-performance PC workstations with accessories and 60 months of support and on-site service, and 20 monitors meeting the specified technical requirements. The workstation lot is based on a Dell Precision 7875 Tower configuration; the monitor lot requires, among other features, 3840 × 1600 resolution at 60 Hz, a curved IPS Black display, a USB-C hub, KVM functionality and 2.5 GbE connectivity. Tenders may be submitted for one or both lots. The tender must be submitted electronically in German by 15 October 2026 at 12:00. Delivery costs must be included in the price, variants are not permitted, and the lowest evaluated price is the only award criterion. Delivery and invoicing for the monitor lot, and the invoice and advance-payment guarantee for the workstation lot, must be submitted by 30 November 2026. The bidder must meet the company suitability, tax and social-security payment, liability-insurance, information-security and tender-format requirements.
