Summary
The State of Hesse is procuring maintenance services, outside manufacturer support, for its server, storage and switch systems. The price schedule covers equipment from manufacturers including Dell, HP, Fujitsu, IBM, EMC, NetApp, Alcatel, Cisco and Brocade, as well as standard models. The scope also includes collection of an estimated 100 old devices; prices are calculated for a four-year period.
