Framework agreement for specialist services for digital and IT projects

Summary

The Bundesinstitut für Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukte intends to conclude a multi-supplier framework agreement for software development and consulting services for digital and IT projects. This is not the supply of temporary agency workers: the services are to be delivered as software development and consultancy by qualified specialists or project teams. The work includes individual development assignments and the delivery of specific implementation projects, divided into three lots: (1) software development, architecture, project management, project management support, controlling, UI/UX design and user research; (2) quality assurance, testing and test automation; and (3) IT security, data protection and baseline security. The estimated contract value is EUR 141,848,739. The deadline for submitting tenders is 2 November 2026.
