Maintenance, development and other services for Kofax components

Summary

The Federal Office of Justice is procuring maintenance, development and other services for its Kofax components, which support the conversion of paper mail into electronic documents. From 1 January 2027, the scope includes annual fixed-fee maintenance for the Kofax software, the connector to the electronic commercial and cooperative register system, and custom Kofax Capture modules. A framework agreement will cover development and further development for existing and new applications, as well as related consultancy, workshops and operational support.
