Extension of maintenance and support for the Avaya telecommunications system and SIP trunk

Summary

Rhein-Sieg-Kreis is procuring two lots for its existing Avaya telecommunications infrastructure: maintenance, manufacturer support and technical assistance for the system (Lot 1), and the provision and operation of a central, geographically redundant IP fixed-line connection and SIP trunk carrying the number ranges of all sites (Lot 2). The contract is planned for 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029, with two optional 12-month extensions. Lot 2 is initially designed for 150 simultaneous voice channels and must be expandable to 450; optional hardware and additional personnel services may also be ordered under Lot 1.
