Transition of the Matrix42 licensing model from perpetual purchase licences with maintenance to subscription licences

Stadtwerke Bonn GmbH is procuring subscription licences for six Matrix42 products to replace its existing perpetual purchase licences with maintenance. The scope covers service management, software and IT asset management, endpoint management, data and user support; quantities are set out in the price schedule, and demand is expected to remain broadly constant. The subscription starts on 1 January 2027 for an initial four-year term, with two possible two-year extensions through 31 December 2034. Where possible, the buyer’s existing 1,500 Matrix42 Workspace Management Enterprise 2019 user licences are to be taken into account to reduce the cost.
