Framework agreement for CheckMK licences and related services

Summary

The procurement covers CheckMK licences and related services in two lots: Lot 1 comprises CheckMK services with support, while Lot 2 comprises consulting, support, development, migration and integration services. Each lot will be awarded as a framework agreement initially lasting 24 months, with two possible 12-month extensions, for a maximum term of 48 months. The planned start date is 1 March 2027. The planned quantity in Lot 1 is 1,400,000 CheckMK services including support (minimum 1,000,000; maximum 1,800,000), plus 200 CheckMK Synthetic Monitoring units (minimum 10; maximum 500). The minimum and planned quantities for virtual appliances are 0; the maximum is one per licence tier for up to 600,000 services. The planned quantity in Lot 2 is 400 service hours (minimum 200; maximum 600); the maximum quantity for ancillary costs associated with on-site work is 10 units. The framework agreements may be used by SWR and the named public-service broadcasters and other eligible organisations described in the notice. The estimated value is EUR 2,660,000. The submission deadline is 22 October 2026.
