Framework agreement for supplying macOS and Windows laptops, accessories and optional services

Summary

The procurement is for a framework agreement to supply macOS and Windows laptops, accessories and optional services to educational institutions in Hamburg. It is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers two categories of MacBooks, and Lot 2 covers 14-inch Windows laptops. The estimated total requirement over the contract is 3,000 macOS laptops and 2,000 Windows laptops; around 1,500 devices in each lot are forecast for the 2026/2027 school year. These are estimates only, with no guaranteed minimum or commitment to purchase. Accessories include items such as mice, bags, docking stations and network adapters; Windows licences and repair, battery, display and keyboard services may be ordered separately. The supplier must prepare, label, deliver and commission the devices, provide technical support, and provide at least 36 months of warranty and statutory defect coverage. The offer must include technical evidence for the devices, the completed criteria catalogue, rollout and service plans, and the required company and bidder declarations. All mandatory technical specifications must be met. Offers will be evaluated on rollout plan (10%), service concept (15%), device criteria (25%) and price (50%). Offers must be submitted electronically in German by 3 November 2026 at 12:00; variants are not permitted. The contract is expected to run until the end of 2028 and may be extended to a maximum total term of four years, ending on 31 December 2030.
