SAP S4/HANA framework agreement – implementation

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for the comprehensive modernisation of TH Köln’s financial and human resources systems on SAP S/4HANA. The scope includes a new SAP FI implementation based on a reference solution, a Brownfield conversion of the HCM system, data migration, interface and reporting modernisation, development of Fiori applications and a central Launchpad, testing, training, go-live and six months of Hypercare support. The target is to go live on 1 January 2028; the project also includes an optional HCM optimisation volume of up to 500 consultant days. The bidder must provide the required company and reference information, qualified role profiles, technical concepts and a complete, priced tender. The evaluation gives equal importance to price, technical and operational capability, and the bidder presentation; up to five companies may be invited to the final presentation stage.
