Framework contract for programming and consulting services for application development in the StMELF portfolio

Summary

The tender concerns a framework contract for programming and consulting services for application development in the StMELF portfolio. The contractor will provide programming and advisory services for the development and maintenance of web and mobile applications. Development is performed mainly within the StMELF reference architectures, currently predominantly Racy10 (based on Java and the Apache Wicket, Spring and JPA frameworks) and Racy25 (based on Java and TypeScript with Angular, Spring and JPA). The service also includes maintenance and further development of the reference architectures. The development is coordinated by the P5 and CIO2 divisions of StMELF and the IuK4 unit of FüAk. IT security certification (ISO 27001) is a requirement for information systems.
