GitLab licences and paid add-ons

Summary

The procurement is for one-year GitLab Premium and Ultimate licences and related paid add-ons for German federal authorities under a framework agreement. The estimated requirement is 40,938 Premium and 4,531 Ultimate licences, 2,525 GitLab Duo Pro, 1,365 GitLab Duo Enterprise and 180 Enterprise Agile Planning licences. These quantities are estimates, not guaranteed orders, and the authorities have no minimum-purchase obligation. The licences must be provided for on-premises use. The bidder must hold at least GitLab “Open Partner” status, name a contact person with German language skills of at least B2 level, provide licences electronically and meet accessibility requirements. Complete and functional delivery is due within 7 working days after receipt of an individual order, unless that order sets a different deadline.
